  1. thanQ for posting this video it really helped me alot

  2. Hi. this is awesome and so challenging! thank you so much

  3. Thank you so much. You have absolutely exquisite flexibility and I certainly hope I can tone my body like that doing Yoga workouts. I have a hard time holding balance perfectly as you do, but is there anything else I could alongside daily practices to balance myself better (Especially doing moves around 4:40 ) so that the routines are flawless and smooth?

  4. omg that’s some serious stretching. I’ll try my best though. thanks so much <3 was there screaming in the background at the beginning of the video? lol

  5. That’s just New York City. It’s always screaming.
    ;)

  6. Just do a consistent practice, and you’ll create miracles, like i did! Namaste! Sadie

  7. Thanks! Glad you’re here. xoSadie

  8. I’m happy it’s helping! Keep on rocking it!!!

  9. Yep–it’s powerful. Keep at it and you’re gonna transform!

  10. Thanks! Let me know how it goes.

  11. You should see s lot more benefits if you do this type of yoga for 45-60 minutes, 4-5 times a week. Commit to it, and let me know what happens!

  12. 15 years! And I looked nothing like this when I started. It’s all yoga, baby!

    Namaste.
    Sadie

  16. Totally…eat right and do 60 minutes of challenging yoga 3-5 times a week, and you’ll see and feel changes almost immediately.

  17. wow your really elegant. im going to have to give this a try.

  18. this is really hard to follow when you go so fast

  19. Awesome videos!

  20. hi sadie, im a beggine to yoga, and i attempted this video with some difficulty. im not very flexible as a result im finding someof the position extremely difficult to do. for example my arms cannot reach over my head from behind. if i am perisant would my flexibility improve or shall i look for an easier video to start with.

  21. wow, this really works thanks

  22. I really enjoyed that, I think it’s excellent thanks for the vid!
I had my real first taste of ashtanga yoga a couple weeks back and I absolutely loved it. Once I clear my schedule I’ll be doing it 3x a wk! :D

  23. It worked for me;) Thought I’d pass on the savings to you!

    S.

  24. Just move towards the pose, and work where your body stops you. This is my body after 15 years of yoga. Yours will look different, but if you’re working, and in alignment, it’s perfectly fine to be doing less of the movement for now. You’ll chip away at these poses, and get there soon! xoSadie

  25. Thanks;) I’ll keep em coming!
