Wrinkles at 17?
I'm 17 and I've had insomnia for over a year now.
I look younger than my age, but last week I suddenly noticed a few wrinkles under my eyes. Is it due to the insomnia? Can it smooth out and be less noticeable by sleeping? If so, any tips to cure insomnia? I have a very healthy diet, I only drink water, I take vitamins, I exercise, and I just bought almond oil for my eyes. Thanks!

Be gentle with your skin and it will go a long way in keeping it smooth and supple. Gently massage the marks with glycerin-honey mixture. Dip a cotton pad in unbeaten egg white, and smooth it across wrinkles. Leave it on for an hour and remove it with a cotton dipped in ice-cold water. Yes the causes are probably the insomnia and maybe genetics…don’t worry about it, it might make it worse… I suggest to see a dermotologist, and get some coverup

By wrinkles do you mean age wrinkles or dark circles? If they’re dark circles then chances are its sleep-related, but if their just wrinkles with no purple look to them then they’re probably related to aging, which is kind of early for a 17 year old but everyones different

Listen good. Don’t get botox. it can cause brain issues. if you were glasses a lot, then you use them too much and should use it a lot less. Don’t streatch out your skin too. If you need to get straight anwsers try calling your doctor.
