Bad.
Anything with the word "enriched" is not a healthy food.
Same goes for the word "hydrogenated".
Those translate to bad carbs and bad fats. Add in "corn syrup" and you have the perfect definition of JUNK FOOD.

i make waffles every morning. Buy buckwheat waffle mix. It’s good for you. You can add some protein powder into it if you want a little more protein.

Not that good for you, as they are adding salt and artificial sweeteners in it, as well as corn syrup.
It also contains hydrogenated soybean oil, the number one indicator that it contains trans fat. Trans fat should be severely limited in your diet, as eating them too often can greatly increase your risk of heart disease and other health issues.

Well, these waffles aren’t that good. They look like an eggo waffle or something .The good waffles at the store would prob be the Kashi brand or something. But yeah the stuff you need to have limited is the enriched wheat flour. That’s the flour that’s been processed and isn’t really complex and contains little flour. You wanna look for whole wheat or whole grain as the first ingredient. BTW the first thing that is listed in a list of ingredients is the most abundant ingredient in the product. For example, these waffles are mostly enriched wheat flour. In the whole waffle, there would be very little soy lecithin because it is at the very end. So they go in order of amount in the product. Look out for the sugars(they end in -ose) and the corn starch too.

MAte. All this human intervention food has to be bad for you. eat fresh grilled meat and fresh vegetables, fruit, avocado, nuts and fresh bread with no preservatives!… Drink water.. and milk and take your protein shakes. In the end, it is cheaper and healthier… and better for the environment too!
