Would taking vitamin supplements help me lose weight?


My doctor recently told me I need to start taking 5000 I.U of vitamin D and 1000 mg of vitamin C daily...I was just wondering if taking all those vitamins would help me in my goal to lose weight? I've been eating healthy and becoming more active as well.
The doctor told me to start taking vitamins to help strengthen my immune system...

  1. vitamin suppliments help you remain healthy while you’re trying to eat right and ensure you have everything you need for your body (to get the right nutrition and to make sure your body can absorb everything all right.). if you have what you need, you don’t get so hungry. So in a way, yes.

    but if you’re sick all the time you wont be eating at all, and will also lose weight. so either way.

  2. Don’t know why she’d tell you that so I don’t know. Usually that’s not on the list of things to do with losing weight.
