    Macro info: (when using egg whites instead of whole)

    Protein 12

    Carb 4

    Fat 2.4

Unless you workout and keep lean for competition I don’t see the point in making substitutes for over indulgent foods like brownies,pizza,ice cream etc. If you want a brownie have a real better tasting one and don’t go over board with it and make sure you go back on a clean diet right afterwards. When you start making substitutes for foods like these you stop living life and worry about every little calorie that goes in your mouth to the point where your afraid of a potato chip.

  22. I really was debating making this recipe because people were saying it was too eggy. But LBL has been pretty consistent with the recipes so I decided to try it anyway. I made it and it tasted realllly good. I think people need to whip the egg and stir it a lot in the cup to make it taste less “eggy”. This was actually really good and tasted like chocolate cake/brownie.
