Will not taking vitamins be the cause of me NOT losing weight?

I was working out and taking vitamins 2 years ago and I was losing weight slowly but surely.

Then I stopped working out.

Now I am working out but I ran out of vitamins and I notice that I am not losing any weight at all.

Do you think me not taking vitamins is the problem, or that is not a factor?
Regular multi-vitamins, and yes my workouts are exactly the same.

  1. There are so many great vitamins that you SHOULD be taking to help you lose weight. There are a lot of vitamins that help aid the digestion of your foods – like psyllium husks, Inositol, Citrimax. Also, Chromium Piccolinate – helps control your blood sugar – which for me, helps me NOT CRAVE SUGARY foods! I also take Tonalin CLA – which helps with losing body fat while working out. I do take normal Vitamin C, Multi V, Calcium, etc…. But there are definitely vitamins that could help in what you are wanting to achieve.

You should go and browse http://www.vitacost.com — it is an online vitamin store where you can find almost any product you are looking for and they will show you everything they have and you can price compare. YES! Their prices are soooo cheap in comparison to any local vitamin stores. And whether you buy 1 item, or 15 the shipping price is only $5.00 You can’t go wrong by checking them out! Good Luck!

  2. Once someone told me that taking vitamins will make me gain weight, so I stopped taking them. You should try taking the vitamins again to see if there will be a difference. I mean, everybody is different.

  3. You probably just hit a platau. I dont think it is the vitamins as far as weight loss is concerned.

  4. you need vits to loose weight b/c you need it in your body and since your on a diet your taking away so your body uses the vit and need less food and your metabolism stays normal

  5. i dont think vitamins have anything to do with loosing weight.i think your loosing less weight as there is not much to lose.
