Will exceeding Vitamin C and Bs be harmful to my body?

Lately I've been drinking a lot of Vitamin Water and it contains a lot of Vitamin C and and a few of the Bs.

Can this be harmful to my body? What will it do?

  1. Vitamin C is water soluble and any excess is usually eliminated naturally, but too much Vitamin Bs can be harmful. See great article below.

  2. Actually, too much Vitamin C can be toxic, but I’m not sure how much and not sure about B.

  3. Too much vitamin C will make you go to the bathroom to the point of possible dehydration, which can be serious because it drains your electolytes (which control heart and muscle function). I haven’t heard or read anything about overuse of B vitamins. Just be careful and take only what is recommended. It’s better to be safe than sorry.

  4. Instead of messing about with different vitamins, I think it’s always best to leave up to the experts.
I would suggest you try this one:
Veriuni Super 25 offers the most complete daily supplement, with 25 essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. This vitamin is designed specifically to bolster immune systems. It contains unique ingredients and is loaded with the powerful antioxidant CoQ10, which plays a critical role in the production of energy within each cell in the human body and can help promote weight loss.
    - and you won’t have to worry any longer whether you are overdosing your body!

  5. THE EXCESS WILL GO OUT WHEN YOU PEE
