  18. thanks for this video ima just eat veggies for now on!! can u recomend some veggies that have alot of vitamins im only 16 so im not sure witch to eat and witch to not ive heard that salad has 0 calories if im eating salad all day is that starving myself???

    Hi, what might help is checking out the difference between glycaemic index and glycaemic loading, also known as GI and GL. As I understand it, GL takes in to account the actual avg portion of the thing you’re eating. So for e.g. a raw golden delicious apple is say around 39 GI, but for a 120g serving is 6 GL (and below 10 GL is low). GL does make it a little easier and more practical. Have a look online or at your library for GL diets/cookbooks etc to get more of an idea. :D

  20. The only thing i have to say is: Get on a low fat Raw Food Diet and you got it made!! It’s the only answer to health, it’s foods that your body will recognize. Amen!

    Walk or jog long distances with the bicycle at his/her side.
    Walk your max without the worry of not being able to make it back due to fatigue. When you reach your maximum walking/jogging distance, just bicycle back. Adding bicycling to your walking fitness program provides a more diverse exercising routine.

  24. @TheLIGHTinMYwindow I was the same, but my friend is really into healthy living and eating it depends on your diet. Also it helps if you gradually get into excerise and find activities you like it gets easier and a postive state of mind is always good.

  25. @nicanicabad Muscel weights twice as much as fat, fat takes up twice as much space. If you looking to lose weight dont weigh yourself but take your measurements.
