Why would the body store junk food, are the fat made out of vitamins and minerals?


I don't understand... if the body doesn't need chocolate, greasy chips, and stuff... why doesn't body get rid of them (poop).

When I ate Greens or spinach, my poop is green...

Did I pooped out the vitamin/iron/mineral???

    it can’t get rid of excess calories it doesn’t use.

  2. Your body stored calories for the lean times. Its a natural reation your bodies has to prevent starvation. It really doesnt care where the calories come from as long as they come. To gain weight, simply take in more calories than you burn. To loose weight, take in less than you burn. You can looose weight eating nothing but chocolate as long as you burn more calories than you take in.
