Why won't my hair grow?
My hair is just passed my shoulders about a itch, i am currently in 10th grade, i cut my hair short in 7th grade about half way down my neck, My hair has barely grown in 3 years, and i have recently been taking Multi-Vitamins and now I just bought Skin Hair and Nails, ive been trying to grow my hair out for a long time now and no progress..
do you think my hair is at its "stopped" growing point, or is the result of thinning my hair the reason it does not grow anymore, because i heard that makes hair stop growing at a certain point?

invest in a good quality hair care system recommended by your stylist perhaps your hair is not healthy and is unable to obtain the nutrients it needs to grow

your hair never stops growing unless you gets a disease.

Everybody is different because my hair grows very quick but my sister has had the same length for 4 years and it has only grown about an inch.

Your hair should have grown a lot in three years. There is nothing you can take to make your hair grow. Hair should grow about an inch every two months. You should trim you hair every few months. Maybe you have breakage and that is why it doesn’t grow. Hair doesn’t stop growing. Stop thinning your hair. Don’t do anything harsh to it if you want it to grow.

Hey, you haven’t cut your hair in three years? Wow that’s a long time; no wonder your hair won’t grow.
I say that your hair won’t grow because your hair grows a lot when it is first cut, but over time, the ends get thin, and the ends basically stop your hair from growing up to 60%. Go and get the ends of your hair cut; not too short, but once the ends are cut off, your hair will grow quite quick. My hair was a few inches down by back, and I got it cut to my shoulders two weeks ago, and it has grown quite a bit since it has been cut, at a length I’m happy with. So, go and get your hair cut, and it should grow.

we’ll hair does have a hereditary length ( that’s why some men can only grow short beards, that’s why leg hair and armpit hair only grow a certain length too ) i cut my hair up to my Chin in grade 7 and it took till like grade 10 to even look a little longer.. (but it is wavey/curly too so that helps it look shorter in length) so weird it’s the same grade!
but anyway i’m told nails and hair are dead protine cells.. so maybe eat more meat with protine.. tuna. or eat nuts.. check out the stuff that has protine in it and also the other vitamins that help your body absorb protine..otherwise the protine will be unused and it’d not absorbed properly
