Why is my urine bright yellow after taking B vitamins?
I'm taking Nutri adrenal tablets to treat my adrenal fatigue and it has a lot of B vitamins in it. A few hours after taking it i noticed my urine was almost fluorescent yellow! Is this something to worry about? Is it harmful?

Your body can only use vitamins as they pass through your system, it can not store them, hence the fluorescent yellow wee. Your body didn’t need them so it let them pass…

It’s completely normal. It’s the Riboflavin (vitamin B2), it gives the orange colour to the tablets and to the urine, especially on high doses.
