Why is my hair falling out?

I'm kinda worried about my hair. It's falling out more than usual. I just run my fingers through it and 5 to 6 stands come out. In the shower and when brushing it, it is worse. I don't have the best diet (ramon noddles and beer =0....) but it's the college diet. I know I need to take more vitamins, What kind should I take? I don't have a lot of money, so the best stuff for the cheapest price would help. Thanks!!!

  1. Have you dyed your hair recently or in the past? I’m a dye addict and my hair had had started falling out a bit, so i lay off the dye for a while. Take a vitamin B supplement or get a supplement specifically for hair. Also zinc is good, it really helps strengthen your hair and generally improves your health. None of these are too pricey, just go to your local chemist’s or somewhere like that. Hope this helps :)

  2. stress alert!

  3. Like the person above answered,it is one of the number one signs of stress.

  4. weed is the best thing for it it helps alot

  5. you could try a new different shampoo than your current 1, just read the bottles and pick the best for your situation. as for your diet, eat a lot fruits and salads =]

  6. It does look like you have a lot of stress on you. Go to your pharmacy and take an everyday supplement like "One a Day" or something like that. When you condition your hair, put a plastic bag over your hair and let it condition for a little bit. If you have a hair dryer you can sit up under that would do better because the heat lets the conditioner soak in. Stop blow drying your hair every day or every other day. Use rubber bands that are cloth or have that coating around it. That will also protect your hair.

  7. A lot of things can cause your hair to fall out. Hair dye, perms, certain chemicals in hair care products, STRESS, a health problem, diet and stuff like that.

The main thing that causes it is stress and diet. Change the way you eat and find some way to relieve stress. If it continues to happen for a long period of time, go see a doctor.

Good luck, I hope I helped.

  8. Well it sounds like you already know the answer to your question. Its your diet! And being that your in college your probably stressing also. You have to include more veggies and protein in your diet and try not to stress as much as possible. If you want to take supplements you can invest in a good hair, skin, and nails vitamin and biotin supplements. I personally take phyto’s hair vitamins, you can get them in Sephora. If you want something cheaper, walmart has a pretty good hair vitamin with a high dosage of biotin already in it.

  9. i guess your one of the unfortanuate people to start losing hair, better enjoy while it lasts
