why am i so tired all the time? and black circles round my eyes?
I'm 18... i'm vegetarian but i take vitamins regulary and try to eat fruit/veg as much as i can
I get about 6-7 hours a night when i have college the next day and a few more at weekends
Is it my diet? or am i just not getting enough sleep? I feel and look like a zombie most of the time... srsly... concealer is my best friend...and the alarm clock my enemy.

These safe natural treatments really work and can permanently get rid of them.
I am a vegetarian but I mainly have all my organic fruit and veg and nuts
and grains raw. So I do not need vitamins and i’ve got tons of energy and exercise daily for 2 hours ….and often more than that.

She had seen an answer I gave about how vigorous face massaging with essential oils had permanently got rid of my acne and also removed my bags/circles. The massages greatly tighten skin under and around the eye area and the bags go away.
The most helpful ones are: Using both hands together (1) Do long up and down sweeps close to nose from chin area up to near eyes. (2) Do another up and back at an angle from chin point to cheek bone. (3) Do fast up and down massage close to eye from cheek bones at an angle of 45 degrees (on your crows feet). If do all 3 for 10 minutes daily – will markedly tighten skin and diminish the circles in the first two days. Use any oil. Olive is good. To avoid skin pulling first make skin taught by partially opening mouth and pulling lips firmly back against teeth(tightens most of face)
Additionally facial yoga exercises help a great deal. Find on Youtube. Do the "The lion face" and try to hold for 30 seconds. A variation of that is protruding the tongue as if trying to touch tip of nose with tip of tongue.

I’m a vegetarian too :-D
ANIMALS!
I hate animals being killed.
I Love Fruit.
I Like Vegetables, but not as much as fruit.
I have about 7-8-9 hours of sleep on school nights and on weekends a few more hours.
I don’t use concealer, I just use foundation, my bags around my eyes are quite big.
I take those little vitamins sometimes, the chewy ones.
Do you eat fish?
I don’t.
Maybe you need more earlier nights.
I think I do too, I had a late one last night.

I know that you’re vegetarian, but you need some sort of proteins. It seems like you don’t get enough nutrition. fruits, veggies are not enough for your body, u need some proteins. You cat get it from Tofu, Beans.
