Which vitamins should I take?
I am a 14 year old girl and I want to start taking vitamins as well as start eating healthier. I was wondering which vitamins I should buy. I was thinking about one a day teen advantage for her and I might even want to take like the little kid gummies. Do the gummies have enough vitamins for my age? What are your recomendations?

Any good multi-vitamin will work. You should be worrying about making sure your iron consumption remains high since you are now menstruating or will shortly begin doing so in all likelihood.

The cheapest – overall – vitamins are some inexpensive one-a-day type (without iron). these will have vitamins and minerals – and some even have a few amino acids. You can take one or two a day. The dosages in these things is always quite low.
But be prepared to feel nothing – your body likes to have a few extra vitamins – but unless you have a real vitamin deficiency, then you probably won’t feel anything from taking these.

ZenaHerb!!! It’s honestly the best for your body alltogether. I am
totally not a consistent person when it comes to taking medicine or
vitamins, but after a week of being consistent it really made a HUGE
difference which made me keep remembering to take it. I love natural
remedies and herbal supplements, and I have tried nearly everything
out there, but I absolutely love these, and its super cheap ;)….I
bought mine online (zenaherb.com)…my best friend wanted the same
thing after seeing my results but didn’t want to wait a few days for
it to be shipped so she went to GNC and paid so much more and she
still didnt get results. I have like 4 of my friends trying it to and
they all love it. Trust me, from first hand it’s soooooooooooo
amazing!! :) good luckk!!!!! – Danielle
