Which vegetables contain the most vitamins?
Since I am not looking for specific vitamins, I just want the best of the best in vitamin content. I like adding vegetables and fruits to make delicious juice and wanted a way to get as many vitamins as I can in my cup/plate. Thanks very much to those who can help.
Pinky, Tomatoes are a fruit, they flower before becoming tomatoes which classifies them as fruits. Also, not looking for fruits or ideas for recipes, just vegetables.

Like it or not, broccoli is the highest in nutrients. Also, spinach and cauliflower are quite high.

Brocolli, spinach, and bell peppers have alot of nutrients in them. Tomatoes do as well, but some consider them a fruit.
