ALL MINERALS are water soluble.
FAT soluble vitamins are A, E, where as vitamin C is water soluble.
cram for that test!

zinc and B vitamins tend to be unsoluable and the body cannot store these.. therefore they must be obtained from a multivitamin or from food

VITAMINS A AND E ARE FAT SOL…C IS WATER SOL…THE OTHERS ARE NOT VITAMINS.

A,D,E and K are the only fat soluble vitamins. The others are minerals.

Vitamins A, D, E, and K are the only fat soulable vitamins. Zinc, manganese, copper, and selenium are minerals; not vitamins.
