Where to start 2 Get Healthy & fit! My 4 simple diet tips ♡


My 4 tips to getting healthy and fit is very simple, its all about getting motivated enough to really want to do it! These steps are the BASICS if you want to getting healthy, and starting a healthy life style. Start doing these steps it will motivate you to get to the next level! I would love to take you there with me in my journey, as I had to go through it my self :) I will be talking about: 1- Being happy, NO STRESS try to throw the stress out the window, when possible, as much as possible =) =) 2- Move your body around - go for a walk, bike, run, dance, take the stairs 3- Water, WATER, water and H2O 4- Eat healthy, lots of veggies, fruits, lean meats, chicken breast etc... Try these steps for at least a week, would love to know how you did, and how its working for you ♡
