where can i buy a vitamin e capgel?

i read an article about putting vitamin e directly to face.. im just wondering where can i buy a capgel that contains oil or is the capsule that contains a powder can be use also?? please help. i really wanted to try this, but all they have is the capsul.. if you know where i can buy a capgel or a liquid gel vitamin e please let me know.. thanks!
