When taking supplements or multi-vitamins should I take them in the morning or at night?
Is there more benefit to taking vitamins and supplements in the morning since you are awake all day for your body to utilize them or is it the same difference taking them at night?

ive always wondered the same thing. i would think in the morning..

My opinion is morning because you will drink liquids and urinate out the excess. If you take before bed, that stuff is in your bladder and kidneys until morning.
