I am going to start to take daily vitamins, calcium and B vitamin.
I am also trying to gain weight. My friend told me she takes her vitamins right after she eats dinner or before bed time.
I guess cause the vitamins stay in you for a long period of time without you peeing it out?? I dont know. But id like to hear what you think??
Right before bed is a good time, becuase like you guessed, it stays in your system longer before you pee it out. WIth a meal is good, too, because your body is digesting the food and will then absorb more of the vitamin.

she is right i take my vitamins every day after i eat and before i go to bed
