When is the best time to take these vitamins?
I also work out every day...does it matter if I take them before or after the workout?
Every day I take 1 of each: B complex, ginko biloba, calcium/magnesium/zinc, C, and a multivitamin.
Usually I take them all at the same time at night. Should I take different ones at different times, all of them at a different time, or does it not matter?

The time is at your discretion. It is best that they are taken with food so as not to upset your stomach.
