When is the best time of the day to take vitamins (multivitamins to be exact)?


I want to know on what time of the day should I take my vitamins for my system to absorb its maximum benefits. Is it morning, after breakfast, or at night, before going to sleep?

  1. Consult the label of the vitamins you intend on taking. Mine, for example, suggests taking them 2 times daily, and preferably on an empty stomach.

  3. Probably during or straight after breakfast or during or straight after dinner.

    Breakfast time would be better than dinner time as they might help you to feel better and more energetic during the day.
