Vitamins are natural substances that your body needs to grow, develop, and function normally. Vitamins are contained in food; a well-balanced diet usually provides all of the vitamins required. However, there are times, such as during pregnancy and childhood, when your body needs more vitamins than usual. During certain illness, your body either cannot get or cannot efficiently use all of the vitamins it needs. Multivitamins are prescribed for patients who need extra vitamins, who cannot eat enough food to obtain the required vitamins, or who cannot receive the full benefit of the vitamins contained in the food they eat.
Multivitamins are usually taken once a day. Follow the instructions provided on the label or by your doctor.
1. Follow your doctor’s dietary advice. A well-balanced diet provides adequate amounts of vitamins and minerals for healthy persons.
2. If you forget to take a dose, take the missed dose as soon as you remember it. However, if you remember a missed dose near the time you are scheduled to take the next dose, take only the scheduled one. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.
Side Effects :
Slight nausea, unpleasant taste. Take the multivitamins with food or right after eating along with a glass of water.

Overall, I see two potential problems. 1) you are getting too much iron. 2) you are getting too much zinc.
Note: your vitamin D intake is above the RDA, but it is not above current recommendations by medical experts on Vitamin D (these experts are pressuring the govt. to increase the RDA for Vit. D to levels more appropriate based on modern research).
Best wishes and good luck.
p.s. always take your supplements with a meal – you need the active digestive process (that is induced by foods) to optimize absorption of many nutrients.
p.p.s you do not list the forms of the various mineral supplements. If your supplements do not clearly state what form of calcium, magnesium, zinc, etc. you probably have a "cheap", poor quality supplement.

Wow!!!
You will have glowing wee, for sure!
Do you really need all these? Maybe it’s a tad too much.
I would suggest seeing a naturopath, as they can give you a personalised program that will benefit you…rather than just taking 10 million random pills!!

Sometimes our bodies will only take what they need and flush the rest out. Other times it can not flush them out and we cause damage to our livers and kidneys…
You only need a the daily allowance. No more…

Everything too much is bad. side effects are not the effects you wanted to get from something but are expected to happen, can be good or bad. Adverse reactions are the things you don’t expect to happen and are usually not desirable.
Side effects: iron, dark stool
Vit C- yellow urine
The vitamins C and B complex are safer to take even if you get more than the minimum requirement for a day. They are called Water soluble vitamins. Fat soluble vitamins (A,D,E,K) must not be taken in too much excess. Same goes with the minerals. Ask your doctor for the proper dose if you doubt your current dosage of supplements.

It looks like you’re taking synthetic vitamins which are really not that good for you. Most of them go right through your system because it’s not possible for your body to absorb them.
You can suffer bad side effects from taking too many vitamins. But have you ever heard of someone having a bad side effect from eating too much broccoli?
Whole food nutrition is your best bet but sometimes it’s hard to eat all the fruits and vegetables you need to get your daily dose of vitamins and minerals.
There is something you can do about that without having to take tons and tons of pills. Here’s an article I wrote about it http://www.healthy-living-for-moms.com/whole-food-nutrition.html .
Hope that helps,
