What's the difference between B-Complex and Super B-Complex vitamins?


My doctor prescribed Super B-Complex, fish oil omega 3, and vitamin E. The stores have so many brands and Super B is the hardest to find. Also, which brand is the best?

    It just has more B-vitamins than regular B-complex. Nature made makes Super B-complex vitamins and they are suppose to be one of the best.
