  1. With Orange Juice

  2. id say take some tablets with juice at breakfast :) Its what I usually do :)

  3. The best forms of any supplements would be in capsule or softgel form, as your stomach just needs to dissolve the gelatin before getting the contents. Tablets take longer to digest, and people with lower stomach acidity may not digest the whole tablet (but that’s rarer). Liquids are a nice idea, but when you are looking at multiple formulas, there’s no way to guarantee you’re getting the exact same dose of each ingredient in each dose (which a pill can).

Most people I talk to prefer to take non-sleeping supplements in the morning so they can experience the benefits throughout the day while they are awake instead of while they’re asleep (where they can’t feel the benefits).
As long as you don’t take too many of any ingredient, you shouldn’t have to worry about overdosing.

Yes, the most ideal way to get vitamins, minerals, and all your daily nutrients…. but honestly, less than 2% of the population has a good enough diet where they get all they need from what they eat. Needless to say, most people can benefit from supplementation of some sort because of that.

  4. "bite the heads of them , and squeez the juice out of there necks"

  5. With lots of water! If they are in small dosages you can take them throughout the day, but you should not have too. The morning and/or night is the best time to take them.

Its near impossible to overdose on water soluble vitamins because you’ll just end up peeing them out. Fat soluble vitamins; however, you can overdose on those as they are stored and released from your fat cells.

Water soluble vitamins are b, c, niacin, folate, riboflavin, thiamine, vitamins mostly .. everything else is fat soluble.

  6. I take my capsules every morning and every night about 12 hours apart. I take 7 per dose so 14 per day

  7. With food and not right before bed. If there are B vitamins in them they can keep you awake. Liquid is easiest to absorb, but if you get a high quality multi, you should be fine no matter what form it is in. Don’t waste your money on things like Centrum or One-A-Day. With multi-vitamins, you truly get what you pay for!

  8. I prefer liquid, it’s easily absorbed by the body and, most important, I have had very good success taking a liquid supplement for many years now.

I’ll never go back to pill form and having not tried gel tabs I can’t say but I’m not overly fond of the gel tab itself.

  9. The best way to take vitamins is with food, but considering how many questions I keep seeing about colonics and such, maybe it would be best to take them via an enema.

    :)
