What's the best vitamins to gain muscle?


I been going to the gym for the last 3 weeks straight, and the results couldn't be better. my arms are bigger, cut. my belly is starting to take a 6pack shape. my legs run longer every day. I bought some vitamins from vitamin world to basically give me more strength and durability. and i dont know if its the vitamins or going to the gym every day that im not as tired as before. but my question is there some vitamins no matter the price. that i could get to basically make my muscles bigger? more especifacally my abs and chest? . . . i know eventurally at this rate i will be cut. but i want some vitamins to strengthen my bones and muscles.

  2. That’s not what vitamins do. Taking them will either waste your money with no effect (mostly with water soluble vitamins) or waste your money and cause you medical problems (mostly oil soluble vitamins)

    Better to eat good food, continue with your exercise program, and let nature do its thing.

  3. Unless you have a vitamin deficiency, which you probably don’t unless your diet is exceptionally bad, taking excess vitamins won’t help. It would probably be a good idea to take a mineral supplement however. It won’t help you gain muscle but it’s good for you.
