What's the best time of day to take a vitamin?
I've been taking a multi-vitamin every day for a few months now, usually before or after breakfast. But does it really matter when you take a vitamin? If so, is it better to do so before or after meals? And should you take it at the same time every day?
Sorry if that's a lot of questions, I was just wondering!

It’s actually best to take it about halfway through your sleep, since thats when your stomach is digesting the most :)
