@Riotcamp You want to lose a bit of muscle ? lol…. you will want to keep the muscle you already have and even increase your muscle mass after lowering your bodyfat. Why would anyone want to look concentration camp skinny when they can look bruce lee skinny ? *sighs*…. To answer your question you must tell me how tall you are and how much you weight to begin with ? age and daily activities would help too.
@ChelVannin That guy has no clue…. A pre-workout meal(not snack) should consist of a slow digesting protein(meat,eggs,dairy etc) but never whey protein. Whey protein will be burned as fuel and that’s not what you want, You want the body to use it to repair muscles post-work out not burn it for energy. You need slow digesting carbs like wild rice,black beans,sweet potato’s etc but not maltodextrin which is like fastest complex carb i know of. Caffeine will always help with energy and strength.
