What's the best multi-vitamin for a woman like me?

I am 22, I work out three times a week, I eat mostly healthy, and besides seasonal allergies and the occasional cold sore, I am in good health. But I do know that it is still important to have a good daily multi-vitamin :). Any opinions on what's best out there that I can get in any store such as Wal-Mart? I am ok with swallowing big pills too if needed :). Thank you!
Why would I take anything pre-natal? I looked up pre-natal on wikipedia and it concerns care for a woman that is pregnant. I'm not pregnant.

  1. I take One a Day prenatal vitamins. I hear that all the women celebs are doing it now. GREAT for your skin. And, i know it has "too many vitamins" in it, but you’re body will get rid of the ones that it doesn’t use. If not that, then go out and get some women’s one a days. They have some pretty good vitamins. Walmart carries both. Good luck!

  2. my wife religiously takes NSI Synergy Multivitamin for women.

    it is sold at http://www.vitacost.com

that is the only multivitamin she takes

  3. Any vitamins that are high in B-complex are good for women’s health. With regard to your question about pre-natal vitamins, pre-natal vitamins are basically just multi-vitamins that have a high concentration of B-complex, C, and Calcium, which are things that ANY women need to stay healthy. Doctors recommend that pregnant women take them to ensure that they are getting the proper balance of all the right vitamins and minerals in addition to whatever they get out of their regular diet.

I am currently taking GNC’s hair, skin, and nail vitamins, which have a high concentration of vitamin A for keeping skin clear and growing nails but are otherwise just really good multivitamins. The only drawback is that they don’t have enough vitamin E, but I take E supplements with them.

  4. I take a very special multi-vitamin by John Grey, made especially for women. It has made such a difference in how I feel. I love it. Plus this is a complete vitamin and I don’t have to take addtional pills.
