whats a good teens/womens daily multi vitamin to help boost my immunity, & has a suplement of protein?


I am looking for a good multi vitamin (im 15) I dont get alot of protein in my diet and I have a low immune system. This is probably because I eat mostly carbohydrates and not enough meat, fruit, and hardly ever any veggi's. I need a good well rounded multi vitamin please :) any tips to help boost my immune system would be helpful as well!
umm protein is VERY IMPORTANT it one of the main things your body needs in order to grow hair ect. I LEAREND that in science class...go back to school thne you will realize how important protein is.

  2. there is no such thing! don’t you people think about your questions before you ask them. you are a young girl, NOT A BODY BUILDER what do you need a lot of protein for anyway. try a glass of o.j. and a centrum. for protein eat lean meat. DO NOT TRY AMINO TABS or pills with high protein concentration they are expensive and you don’t need it

  3. Just take a standard multivitamin and eat right.

    Stay away from the worthless processed carbs. No drive thru. Nothing from the middle of the grocery store. Just eat veggies fruits and lean protein.

  4. The best vitamin for any woman is Prenatal Vitamins. You can take them even when you’re not pregnant. You actually need alot of protein….if you don’t have enough protein you will be having craving for all the carbohydrates and sweets. Prenatal Vitamins are your best bet…compare them to centrum and evaluate for yourself.
