What works best for dark circles under the eyes?

I'm only 12, but my under-eye circles are dark, and embarrassing. I can't go out with makeup or concealer on, and because of it I've became so insecure about my eyes. What do you guys recommend for me to do? Frozen tea-bags? Vitamin k cream? If so, are they any brand names that'll work well, and won't harm sensitive skin? Thanks.

  1. I have the same problem, so I know it’s a pain. Vitamin K and E have helped me the most when it comes to creams, but they are hard to find. Mary Kay used to have one, but it seems they have stopped making it. What helps the most, though, is getting the right amount of sleep. When I don’t get enough sleep, or even too much, they get worse. Once you’ve gotten the right amount of sleep for a few nights in a row you’ll see a dramatic improvement. And teens and preteens like yourself are actually supposed to have around 10 hours! I know that’s a lot, and hard to fit in, but it’s best for you. Also, under-eye circles can also be from shadow, which cannot be helped. Tilt your head up to the light as you look in the mirror. If the darkness goes away, most of it may just be from shadow, as your eyes are deeper set then the rest of the area around your forehead. The only thing you can do about that, unfortunately, is makeup.

  2. sleep more….
