what will happen if you take prenatal vitiams without being pregnant?
also where can u perchase these like at wallgreens target
what brand is the best and if u take some and it makes ur hair grow and u stop using it will ur hair fall out also is there any other growing hair vitamins

it will make u gain a few pounds and it will also make ur hair & nails grow faster

Nothing. It’s just a higher dose of folic acid and other vitamins. What your body doesn’t use, you’ll pee out. It’s just a waste of vitamin if you’re not pregnant. Buy some water soluble multivitamins.

I think you should ask your doc or the pharmacist before you take prenatals. You could get to much of certain vitamins that might be toxic…I don’t know for sure,please ask a professional.
