What vitamins,nutrients, foods, spices or beverages are best to concentrate stay mentally focussed?


and also a good memory

  3. take a variety of food, (balanced diet) fresh fruit and vegetables mostly, cut out junk food and cut down on meat. Drink lots of water, especially boiled first – that makes for good concentartion and a healthy brain.

    That is nature’s way – and cannot be beaten by artificial supplements.

  4. efa’s have been shown to improve memory(fish oil, nuts, and i think olive oil)

    I find i can focus way better when i’m a little hungry. Keep your blood sugar stable. Stick with complex carbs and protein and you should be good to go
