What vitamins should I take on a daily basis?
Hello. I've recently decided that if I want healthier hair, skin, and nails, I need to take advantage of certain vitamins and minerals. I'm new at this and I'm hoping some one can help me out. If possible, can you give me the specific benefit of the vitamin as well. I appreciate every ones help :)

If you take fish oil caplets, they have Omega-3, which helps your hair, and you can take prenatal vitamins, even if you’re not pregnant, and those help all three. I take fish oil and a daily women’s multivitamin, which helps for specific women’s needs like bone and breast health.
