What vitamins should I take on a daily basis?


So recently I have caved to peer pressure, the good kind, not the bad kind, and decided to start to take a daily dose of vitamins, because I know that I am not getting the necessary nutrients with my diet.

What i was wondering is what vitamins should i be taking?
So far i've got:
Omega 3, 6, 9
C
E
B12
Cayenne Fruit for metabolism
Acai for metabolism

  1. If you feel you might be missing out on vitamins and minerals in your diet, then just go with a broad spectrum multivitamin and mineral supplement. Don’t spend a fortune getting everything separately.

  2. you shouldn’t take more than 100g of vitamin C per day – try a chewable one with no artificial additives
    vitamin E should be natural not synthetic – 100iu per day should do
    you should take a multi vitamin B and not take B12 in isolation – they work together

  3. I would take the vitamins A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K,L,M,N,O,P,Q,R,S,T,U,V,W,X,Y,and Z just to be safe i would take the vitamins in this way C,H,U,C,K,then a 3 second waiting time
    N,O,R,I,S this shall give you godlike powers if that doesnt work do this L,E,O,R,Y, J,E,N,K,I,N,S
    if it still doesnt work then you fail at life.

  4. you need additional vitamin supplement if you are in any of the sports where you sweat a lot or if you are on medical conditions.

    Or else you can easily get the vitamins from your normal food.

    Each color of food signifies a vitamin.. if you make sure that you bring in variety of colors in your diet, you would have your vitamins balanced.

    and regarding the essential fats(omega 3,6,9) – if you add nuts and fish in your diet you would have them all for you

  5. None. Switch your diet. Most vitamins are a scam and waste of time and money. Unless your doctor tells you take something specific for a deficiency – avoid the vitamins and eat a balanced diet.
