What vitamins should I take? (Details inside)?

I'm vegetarian, and I also don't eat dairy products or soy products as I am intolerant to them. I eat some sheeps' products (fetta cheese and occasionally yoghurt), plus lots of legumes. When I got a blood test a while ago I had low iron stores, and I've only had my period about 3 times since I first got it about two years ago. What vitamins do you think I should be taking?

  1. You should at least be taking a daily multivitamin, but talk to your doctor about an Iron supplement. It’s best not to start taking them on your own, because it is possible to have too much iron in the blood. If your doctor saw low iron in your results, they should’ve directed you on how to correct it. I get my iron tested on a regular basis and when it gets low, I take 1 iron supplement daily for a month, then get retested, then I usually am directed to stop.

This is up to your doctor!!

  2. you should definitely think about an iron supplement.

  3. There is this new product by Nature’s Way, which is Super Nutrients for women. It gives you nutrients of all sorts.
You can go onto their website, http://www.naturesway.com for more information.
