  1. You really can’t go wrong with a multivitamin, it’s all right there for you and you don’t have to worry about taking tons of pills. Personally, though, I don’t take any vitamins, and I would consider myself pretty healthy. You also need to consider that a lot of these vitamin companies want MONEY.

  2. Try a women’s multi-vitamin. Those have all sorts of vitamins in there.

  3. If you eat a balanced diet, you will get most of your vitamins from food, thus merely supplementing your diet with a good multivitamin (one-a-day has been found to be one of the more accurate true-to-label vitamins) will be sufficient.

  4. Why do you need vitamins? Are you on a diet or do you eat junk food. If you eat sensibly and include veggies and fruit in your diet then you don’t need vitamins because you are already getting everything you need. Multi vitamins (and there are many brands on the market) are a supplement not a replacement for healthy eating habits.

  5. Fish oil and multi vitimins they are very healthy

now that i helped you maybe you can help me a little http://ca.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20070716123056AAbELmi&r=w
