What Vitamins should I get?
I have broken my collarbone and 2 toes in the past couple months, and i'm definitely tired of it. I drink milk but not as ofter as I should.
What vitamins or minerals should I start taking that provide the most calcium so I can star getting my bones stronger?
Also, what other vitamins should I take o hlep live a healthier lifestyle?
And wha sites or stores to buy them please.

Besides a multivitamin every day you could also take 2 calcium carbonate tablets every day. Each one contains 600 mg of calcium and 2 a day will help your calcium level.

Get some calcium tablets and also Fish oil capsules, this should help, and plenty of weight bearing exercise to strengthen your bones

one-a-day are fantastic. About 6 months ago, I got a blood test. All was well, though I lacked in vitamin A because I do not sleep much. So I began taking the one-a-day vitamins, and about two weeks ago, I received another blood test and apparently, I past with flying colors. However, they are very big, though you can cut them in half.
