I posted this under another question, but it can apply to you as well…
Well, I have a few tips for you–
Eat small meals, snacks- 5-8 per day. Never 3 large meals..
Make sure you get the recommended amount of protein you need and choose healthy snacks..
(nuts, sunflower seeds, boiled egg, wheat bread toast with natural jam/preserves, cheese, yogurt, etc). Put olive oil/boiled eggs on your salad, stay away from processed foods or fried foods..
Get a probiotic supplement from a healthfood store.. Kefir and natural yogurts are a great choice. Plus, they are pretty darn tasty!
I’d also recommend a good multi vitamin.. you can also find this at a health food store. There are tablets, chewables and liquids!
