There is no way anyone can answer your question except to say you should be getting your vitamins in your food. You did not say anything about why you want to take vitamins. It’s not a decision you should make from caprice…on a whim. If you have a reason to take supplemental vitamins, that reason will help you understand what vitamins you should take. If you have no reason, don’t take any.
Recently some major brands of vitamin supplements were evaluated by an independent laboratory and found to contain toxins and contaminants such as arsenic, cadmium, etc. Too much of vitamins A and D can also make you toxic. So, don’t take vitamin supplements just to be taking them.
It’s worth pointing out that people make very erroneous conclusions about supplements. It seems to be human nature to think that if something is good for you, more is better. However, moderation is generally the key to success in all things having to do with health. For example, fat is good for you. Without it, you die. However, fat has a really bad reputation because of fat abuse and excess. What is important is fat in moderation…the right amount of fat. That same applies to vitamins. There is no vitamin that will make your skin or your immune system healthier unless you are deficient. If you are deficient, you should eat better. If you can’t possibly get it by eating better, then take a supplement.
As a general rule, don’t take any supplements unless recommended by a doctor or licensed nutritionist. For more info, check out these links.

An adult Organic Whole Foods Multiple Vitamin (most brands have you take 6 caps per day). That’s a good start.
Here are a few that I know from experience work well (for me at least, every body is different):
Ray & Terry’s Total Care Daily Formula
Twinlab Dual Tabs
Nature’s Way Alive
You will want to take a separate Vitamin C or Esther C tablet(s) aside from the multi because even though every multi has vitamin c in its formula its not as much as the body needs for optimal immune system function and cellular health.
These are a few others I would say a healthy person seeking to become healthier should consider:
Fiber supplement ~> Friendly Fiber with FOS by NSI
Whole Food ~> Raw Meal by Garden of Life
Protein Supplement ~> Pure Green Protein by Vibrant Health
Omega 3 + EFA’s ~> The Total EFA by Health From the Sun
Greens & Berries ~> Green Vibrance by Vibrant Health
Greens & Berries ~> Berry Green by New Chapter
Now, you absolutely do not have to choose the brands I’ve mentioned but I have used these and purchased them many times because they work better than most others I have tried.
Something that would really get you feeling and looking healthier too would be to invest in a Vita-Mix :) Get some recipes from the web and enjoy some delicioussuper-foodss every day!
