  1. I take and recommend Vita-Lea multi-vitamin/multi-mineral. It has the best disintegration time (Howard University Pharmaceutical Dept). Outside clinical trials prove absorption and effectiveness. Has balanced nutrients that work together. They have the highest standards for ingredient quality, purity, and efficacy and what’s on the label is in the bottle. They don’t skimp on the expensive ingredients and have no artificial colors or additives. When it comes to vitamins and supplements you actually do get what you pay for.

Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions or if interested in the website.

  2. You can check my profile.

  3. you should go to the health food store and get"whole food vitamins". they are not synthetically made and are suppsoed to be extracted from the vegetables. many people process these a lot better but it may require you to take like 4 a day because your body will only absorb a certain amount at a time anyway.

  4. Spinage,,,(however you spell it)….but eat spina"d"ge??? Spinige,,,no that’s not it,,,well you know what I’m saying anyway

  5. The best multivitamin that makes me feel better than any other kind is labled as a "Complete Performance Multi-Vitamin." They are packed with everything.

  6. In my report I have a list of the top 10 vitamins, and also where they can be found and their uses and benefits.

Download it for free from my website at http://www.herbalvitaminwonders.com
