What vitamins are necessary to take everyday?


I started taking a list of vitamins every morning about a month ago, I've felt a lot more alert and awake since starting the regimen along with more healthy. Right now I'm taking vitamin d3, super B complex, Fish oil, Woman's one a day, and a large iron supplement due to anemia. Are these enough to help keep me healthy?

  1. I suspect that the iron made the difference. D3 is good for bones, but not in a way that you’ll feel day to day (but you’ll appreciate when you’re 60). There is nothing you need to add, but keep going with the iron.

  2. can add omega 3……….if ya cholesterol is high,add red yeast rice……….can also add CoQ10 and flax oil…………….
