What vitamins are most important if you are malnourished?
I have an illness and its really complicated to explain.
I can't eat much, and because of that I'm malnourished.
I am a dancer and actress so i need energy and looks play a certain role.
but I also need certain things to work properly.
What are the top 3 vitamins I need to keep my skin clear and healthy...and things that will make me look healthy, nourished, and energetic?

Considering the "looks", these would be the 3 main vitamins:
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin): important on the metabolism of glucosis and the health of eyes, nails, hair and skin.
Vitamin B6 (piridoxin): also important to keep your skin healthy and avoid dermatitis
Vitamin B7 (biotin): acts directly in skin formation
Vitamin K also is very importand to hair formation, but bacterian in your intestins already produce it, and it’s quite rare to be malnourished in that. Of course, other vitamins are also REALLY important like you said, since they can prevent heart and brain diseases, lessen age effects, and so on.
If possible, try to have these vitamins in natural food, and not vitaminic supplements. They’re better absorbed.
