What vitamins are good for losing weight?


What vitamins are good to help you lose weight?
Like Vitamin B, Vitamin C, etc. ?
And also, please include what foods contain those vitamins.

  1. I take 1000mg Vit C. a day. It’s good for digestion and metabolism. I can always tell if I’ve forgotten to take my C, I feel run down or tired. Actually B is good for metabolism too, I jut like my C :) Emergen-C is a flavorful way to get your c, most citrus fruits too. I read somewhere if your trying to lose weight eating half a banana when your hungry (or as a snack)can help get you through til mealtime the nana tides you over and the B keeps your metabolism moving.
