What vitamins and minerals should I take for depression and to get healthier?


I have been diagnosed a while back, and I thought some vitamin/minerals in the morning will help. I am already taking vitamin B and D every morning. Also, what abotu iron? What will it do for me?

  1. Try Omega-3, ‘brain food’ type supplements or have salmon every few times a week. Stay away from junks. They just make things worst. Vitamin B-complex helps with energy levels.
