  2. Lettuce has like nothing to it!
    thats y if u have a sald with no dressing.. its a whole lot better… cheese, tomato, cucumbers, and onions are good nutrients.. but lettuce has nothing wat so ever….!

  4. If you are talking about iceberg lettuce, that stuff is nothing more than water. You need to eat romaine or spinach for an excellent source of vitamin A and vitamin K.
