What vitamin supplements should I be taking as a female looking to tone and build muscle mass?
hi I'm going on a strict diet while weight lifting (no milk, white breads, no processed foods, sweets) what vitamin supplements should I be taking??

very similar and just the same to guys :) muscle is muscle.. and the mechanisms and the way the body recovers and builds muscle tissue is the same..
therefore u need whey protein, glutamine
and take 1-2 grams of protein each pound u weigh..
and take vitamin C, vitamin D… b complex also perhaps

As long as you eat a diet with lots of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains you probably don’t need to take any!
White bread, and processed foods didn’t have any vitamins to begin with!
If anything, you probably only need to be sure you eat high protein foods to build muscle.
