What vitamin or supplement works best for burning fat with or without regular workouts?
I run about 2 miles or more 3 to 5 days a week, plus weight training, and martial arts. However, I still have a layer of fat that I can't seem to get rid of.
What is the most affordable (less than ) that actually works?

Fat burners don’t work and they are dangerous. The diet pill Alli works by blocking absorption of fat in your intestines, but how much of a good thing is that? Anything that blocks a natural process of your body can’t be good.
Want to burn fat? Eat nutritious food, continue to workout and build muscle to raise your metabolism and it will eventually happen, The natural way is the best. Beware of shortcuts.

I had way too much fat in all the embarrassing zones until I tried out acai berry, I appreciate they say that pills don’t work, nevertheless they sure worked for me, and they have been featured on CBS News too. There’s a free trial happening currently at http://leping.thefatburn.info , give it a try, what have you got to lose?

Let me guess… the layer around you gut??
It’s almost damn impossible.
I don’t believe in fat burners so to speak.
You want a supplement to boost your metabolic rate, which converts calories to energy.
Plenty out there, the trick I found… take it AS SOON AS YOU WAKE UP, exercise then have a shower, then eat breakfast. I am on Thermogen XXXtream, it goes okay. Bought off ebay for around 50.
