What vitamin can help with Hip movement and pain?
I am lactose intolerent and I thought if I take Calcium and Vitamin k and D that it would help with that. Would I be right or do I need something else as well? I'm only 21 year old female. So I'm not elderly. Would this matter? Help me. Someone with the same situation as me, what did you do?

Those are good supplements to take. If you are having joint pain, Fish oil is anti-inflammatory as well as good for your heart. Glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM also help keep the joints healthy.
