What type of vitamins should I take?
I am a 23 year old school teacher. I'm always tired in the morning no matter how much I sleep. My mom suggested vitamins. What are some good brands or types that I should take?

Verve! is a radically different energy drink that has everything needed for a healthy energy boost. Verve! is packed full of insanely health good stuff like all your vitamins and minerals because in each can of Verve! is a full shot of VEMMA.
Verve’s energy boost is not based off of sugars because it contains a very small amount of natural sugars (like those you would find in apples).
Verve! is a flavor explosion that keeps you going so you can conquer whatever life smacks in front of you. Even kids!! If you are drinking Verve there is no need to take a multivitamin supplement. It also comes packed with antioxidants. Antioxidants are substances found in nature that protects cells from the damage caused by unstable molecules known as free radicals. Free radicals are a by-product of over-exercise, stress, being exposed to dirty air and other environmental pollutants. I couldn’t get through my day without it!! Good luck!

I recommend Juice Plus as it is 17 different fruits and veggies juiced, then the water gets taken out, so only the nutrients are left. Then just the nutrients are powderized and put into a capsule. So, it’s kind of like you are eating 17 different fruits and veggies right off the get-go when you start your day. To me, and thousands of others and hundreds of doctors, Juice Plus is a much better choice than Vitamins as you get the nutrients directly from the fruits and veggies, rather than in a supplement form.
